If you love quiet trails and real village life, I think the Tamang Heritage Trek is a great choice in Nepal. It is an easy to moderate trek near Kathmandu with views of Ganesh Himal and Langtang peaks. For me, one of the best parts is staying in homestays and seeing real local life up close. You share meals with local families and enjoy a warm welcome. The hot springs at Tatopani are also a nice rest after walking. If you enjoy quiet trails and culture more than crowds, I think you will love this trek.
